Today, I had heard that the high was going to be above 60°, but that is evidently for later in the afternoon. When I rode at 1:00, it was 51°, and though it climbed to 56° during my ride, it was actually somewhat LESS enjoyable than yesterday because of the partly cloudy skies and fairly strong wind. Between the weather, and a project that was calling to me, I decided to settle for a single round trip to Marsh Park today, completing the 10 miles in 1 hour and 3 minutes.
The project is a recreation of my triking blog, so that I have this resource available to me. For about a week now, I've been able to consult it, but not write to it. So I'm creating a new, usable version by copying each of the 234 posts so far and pasting them into a new template. This is, of course, very time-consuming and onerous, but I'm glad to have the opportunity to do it, and have been making good progress the last two days (172 entries done so far), so am eager to push ahead and finish it up.
