TOTAL MILEAGE FOR 2016 - 1568.4
I got out this morning when it was nice and cool, beginning just before 6:00 a.m. I rode three consecutive round trips to Marsh Park, covering the 26 miles in 3:09. On the third round trip, I passed a couple of runners who commented on my new flags (or "spinners," as a runner complimented me on yesterday). "Hey, good idea!", today's guys said—"They sure can't miss you!"
