TOTAL MILEAGE FOR 2016 - 2600.8
I am still working to rebuild my strength and energy in the wake of the severe illness that felled me last week. Accordingly, this morning I rode (slowly) consecutive round trips to Marsh Park, and at the end tacked on a couple of laps in our complex to put me over 2600 miles for the year.
I left at 9:30, in 56° sunshine, and when I finished the 18.9-mile ride, 2:44 later, it had climbed to a late summery 76°.
